Grocery, Vegetables, Fruits & Dairy Products

DailyDash takes full responsibility for the freshness and quality of vegetables, fruits, groceries, and dairy products (milk, curd, paneer, etc.).

We ensure that you receive fresh and high-quality products.

If any item is found to be expired or defective, please inform us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.

General Disclaimer

We ensure that packaging and handling are done properly, but sometimes the quality of perishables may be affected due to weather conditions, vendor supply, and transit time.
Customers are requested to check their order immediately after delivery and report any issues within 2 hours.
The DailyDash team always strives to provide the best service and fresh products.

Fresh Meat, Fish & Chicken

We procure fresh meat, fish, and chicken from our trusted local vendors and deliver it to you.

We ensure that products are handled properly during pickup and delivery.

Since meat, fish, and chicken are delivered directly from vendors, they are responsible for maintaining freshness, quality, and expiry. DailyDash only facilitates delivery.

If any quality issue arises (which is very rare), please contact DailyDash, and we will connect you with the vendor to resolve the issue promptly.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to always receive the best service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer replacement or refund as per our policy.

Refunds are only provided in cases where the product has quality or expiry issues.
Customers must report issues within 2 hours.
The refund process may take 3-5 working hours.

Delivery & Order Cancellation

Delivery timings depend on local conditions and availability.
Orders can only be canceled before they are packed and dispatched.
If we are unable to deliver an order for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
